Rush processing (as noted in the chart above) allows an order to be shipped on the same business day it is placed if we receive it and verify payment before 2:00 p.m. (EST). Regular processing occurs the next business day. · UPS may require a signature release upon delivery.
COVERAGE & CARRIERS
We ship to residential and commercial addresses in the United States and Canada (excluding the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and the Yukon Territory) via UPS. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders to Canada are only serviced via UPS Standard ground shipping.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and the instructions to track your order online.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Our distribution facility's business days are Monday through Friday from 8:00 p.m. though 4:00 p.m. (EST) excluding U.S. holidays and other specific days we may announce.
For your protection, in case of any billing irregularities you will be contacted by our Sales Audit staff before your order is shipped. We apologize for any delays this may cause.
In rare occasions when items ordered are not available your order may not be shipped until a Customer Care representative has contacted you to amend the order.
On time delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Note that circumstances out of our control (like natural disasters, etc.) may produce shipping postponements. Please refer to this page for shipping alerts and announcements.

Return policy
Perfume mall are original designer fragrances and cosmetics. We take pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value in perfume, cologne, cosmetic and related products.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and how your order was handled. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return any unused products within 14 days of purchase. Please follow our easy returns process.
Return Request Process:

Return
Returned products must be in original condition in their original packaging along with any paperwork or accessories. We cannot accept/process returns of product(s) more than 30 days after purchase. Due to health and safety codes, we are unable to accept returns on opened/used products. Items returned without original packaging and accessories may be subject to a restocking fee. We recommend (for your protection) that you send your return via FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Return shipping & handling fees are not refundable.
Refund/Credit
Once your return is processed, you will be credited the price of the products less original shipping & handling costs. Orders, which originally received a qualifying promotion, such as a "Free shipping offer", may have the appropriate adjustments made to any refund due. Refunds will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged and will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of your return.
Damaged Shipments
Products damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Save the package and all contents, contact us, and we will provide you with special instruction to process your replacement products. Replacement products will be shipped via standard ground shipping at no charge.
Shipping & Delivery Errors
We proudly maintain a 99.7% or better shipping accuracy rate. But should you experience any problems with your order, please contact us immediately so that we may correct it in a timely manner. If you received a wrong product due to our error, we will promptly reship the correct product via standard ground at no additional cost.
If a delivery is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you for further instructions on the handling of your shipment. Applicable shipping & handling charges may be reassessed at the time of reshipment or refund |
